摘  要:探讨生产新型亲水柔软型改性涤纶混纺纱的工艺要点。通过研究新型亲水柔软型改性涤纶的纺纱性能,开发与之配套的新型纺纱技术,合理设计各工序纺纱工艺参数,有效解决了因新型亲水柔软型改性涤纶可纺性差而产生的纺纱技术难题,结果表明,新型亲水柔软型改性涤纶混纺纱的各项技术质量指标满足了后道的织造要求。认为:新型亲水柔软型改性涤纶与普通涤纶相比,分子结构发生一定变化,可纺性受到影响,各工序应围绕均匀混和、保证纤维顺利转移、防止缠绕、控制毛羽等技术要点合理设计纺纱工艺参数,才能确保成纱质量达到使用要求。Technology key points of producing new hydrophilic and soft modified polyester cotton blended yarn were discussed. Through the study of spinning property of new hydrophilic and soft modified polyester fiber,corresponding new spinning technology was developed. Spinning technology parameter in each processe were reasonably designed. Spinning technology problems caused by poor spinnability of new hydrophilic and soft modi fied polyester fibers was effectively solved. The results show that back end weaving demand are satisfied with each technology quality indexes of new hydrophilic and soft modified polyester blended yarn. It is pointed out that there are some changes for the molecular structure for new hydrophilic and soft modified polyester fiber compared with common polyester fiber. Its spinnability is affected. Spinning process parameters should be rationally designed around with technology key points like uniformly blending, ensuring fiber transfer, avoiding winding, con trolling hairiness and so on in order to make sure the use demand satisfied end yarn quality.
