无创阴道超声引导下高危人工流产术病例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨无创阴道超声引导术在高危人工流产中的运用价值。方法选择2012年8月—2013年8月在新疆乌鲁木齐市妇幼保健院和新疆维吾尔自治区残疾人康复医院行无创阴道超声引导下高危人工流产术的550例患者。观察手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症发生情况。结果550例高危人工流产患者手术时间平均为（3．3±0．6）min，术中出血量平均为（20．12±7．43）mL，月经恢复时间最短21 d，最长40 d，出现生殖道感染3例（0．5％），术后阴道出血时间1～5 d，平均3．5 d，宫颈、宫腔黏连5例（0．9％），550例患者均无子宫穿孔、人流不全、漏刮等并发症发生。结论无创阴道超声引导下高危人工流产手术并发症少，出血量少，手术时间短。Objective To investigate the application value of the non-invasive vaginal ultrasound-guide in high-risk abortion.Methods We analyzed the data collected from 550 patients who have undergone the high-risk abortion under the vaginal ultrasound-guide from Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and Disabled Rehabilitation Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region dated from Aug.2012 to Aug 2013.in terms of the operation time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative complications.Results The average operation time was （3.3±0.6）min.The average bleeding amount was （20.12±7.43）mL.There were 3 cases of genital tract infection.The average bleeding time in vagina was 3.5 days.There was no incidence of complications such as uterine perforation,incomplete abortion and cu-rettage omission.Conclusion The operation of high-risk abortion under non-invasive vaginal ultrasound-guide have fewer complications,less bleeding and shorter operative time.
