52例肝包虫外囊完整剥除术的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨外囊完整剥除术治疗肝包虫病的可行性、有效性和安全性。方法对2008年1月-2013年1月新疆医科大学第一附属医院肝腔镜外科施行肝包虫外囊完整剥除术52例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 52例患者均顺利完成手术。手术时间平均69min,术中平均出血量156mL,术后5例术区局限性积液,右侧胸腔积液3例,2例出现轻微胆瘘,术后2w内愈合,无其他严重并发症。结论肝包虫外囊完整剥除术是一种安全、合理、有效的根治性手术,并可缩短手术时间,值得临床推广。Objective：To investigate the feasibility,efficacy and safety of total cystectomy for treatment of cystic echinococcosis.Methods The clinical data of 52 patients applying total cystectomy for treatment of cystic echinococcosis between January 2008 and January 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Oper-ation of all the 52 cases were successfully completed.The average operation time and blood loss were 69 mi-nutes and 1 5 6 mL respectively,There were no severe complications except 5 cases with postoperative local hydrops,3 case with pleural effusion and 2 case with slight bile leakage which healed after two weeks. Conclusion Total cystectomy for treatment of cystic echinococcosis is a safe,feasible surgical technique.It can also reduce the operating time and has the value to be promoted in clinical practice.
