五种牛羊口蹄疫疫苗免疫效果评价试验

摘　　要：疫苗免疫是防控口蹄疫的重要措施,我国对口蹄疫采取强制免疫政策。本试验在使用环节抽取了5批牛羊口蹄疫疫苗,按照国家口蹄疫免疫方案和疫苗说明书对30日龄左右的羔羊进行了两次免疫,抗体监测结果显示:二免后O型口蹄疫抗体合格率均在80%以上,Asia I型口蹄疫抗体合格率均高于75%,A型口蹄疫抗体合格率均高于70%,免疫效果均达到农业部规定的要求。Vaccine is one of the important measures to prevent and control FMD disease, forced immunization about FMD diease is carried out in our country. The test sample of 5 batches of foot-and-mouth disease vaccines according to national FMD immune program and vaccine manual were injected into 30-days-old lambs＇ its antibodies monitoring results showed that O type of FMD antibody qualified rate was above 80%, Asia I type of FMD antibody qualified rate was higher than 75%, A type of FMD antibody qualified rate was higher than 70% after the second immunization. The immune effect of five vaccines had reached the requirements of agriculture department.
