摘 要:采用十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)为改性剂,膨润土为原料,制备复合改性膨润土,并以模拟染料废水为研究对象,优化复合改性土对染料废水的处理工艺。结果表明,复合改性膨润土的适宜制备条件:原土投加量为3 g时,CTMAB、SDS投加量分别为6、0.1 mmol,搅拌速度250 r/min、搅拌时间1 h。红外光谱仪和X-射线衍射仪对复合改性膨润土进行表征,表明CTMAB进入膨润土层间。复合改性膨润土对酸性大红、直接耐晒黑、还原金黄3种染料去除率均达90%以上。对复合改性膨润土吸附染料的机理进行探讨,表明满足准2级动力学模型,平衡吸附量分别为454.6、588.2、400.0 mg/g。The composite modified bentonite was prepared with Sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTMAB). And the treatment process of composite modified bentonite to dye wastewater was optimized with simulated dye wastewater. The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions were: CTMAB being 6 mmol, SDS 0.1 mmol, stirring speed 250 r/min and stirring time lh while the original soil dosage being 3 g. It was showed that CTMAB had entered the bentonite interlayer by FTIR and XRD characterization of the composite modified bentonite. In dye wastewater including acidic red, direct fast black and restore golden, the removal rate was more than 90%, respectively. Study on the adsorption mechanismofthe composite modified bentonite, the results showed that it metpseudo-second kinetic model and the equilibrium adsorption capacity were 454.6, 588.2, 400.0 mg/g, respectively.
