摘 要:采用浸没沉淀相转化法制备聚偏氟乙烯微孔膜,研究了不同Ti O2质量分数下加入甘油形成不同比例的混合添加剂对微孔膜结构及性能的影响。实验结果表明,Ti O2和甘油能明显改善膜的性能,并且在铸膜液中加入Ti O2和甘油之后,都获得了较高的截留率,基本上都在90%以上;纯水通量集中在3~22 L/(m2·h)之间。当Ti O2为3%、甘油添加量为0.4 g时膜的性能相对较好,纯水通量为12.09 L/(m2·h),截留率为94.29%,孔隙率为0.684,平均孔径为15.48 nm。The PVDF microporous membrane was prepared by the method of immersion precipitation phase transformation. The performance and structure of PVDF formed by adding glycerol to the solution with different TiO2 mass fraction were studied. The results showed that the properties of the PVDF membrane could be obviously changed by TiO2 and glycerol. And when TiO2 and glycerol were added to the casting solution, the reject rate of the membrane was greatly improved, which wasall above 90%; and the flux of pure water remained between 3-22 L/(m2.h). When TiO2 was 3% and the content of glycerol was 0.4 g, the performance of the membrane was relatively better, in whicn the flux of pure water was 12.09 L/(m2-h), and the reject rate was 94.29%, the porosity was 0.684, with the average of the membrane poros was 15.48 nm.
