摘  要:通过向厌氧反应器接种污泥中添加氢氧化铁进行驯化培养,获得了生物铁厌氧颗粒污泥。该生物铁污泥的粒径为0.5~3 mm,显微镜下观察污泥颗粒疏松多孔、絮体中微生物种群丰富;扫描电镜下观察污泥中金属呈纳米粒状,与微生物紧密结合形成菌胶团。分别考察了不同温度、p H对该生物铁污泥的影响,并研究了生物铁-厌氧折流板反应器(ABR)对模拟金属清洗废水中有机物及金属的净化效果。结果表明,在温度25~35℃、p H为6.0~12.0时,生物铁颗粒污泥处理有机物效率最高;生物铁-ABR法能有效净化模拟金属清洗废液中的金属和有机物,当进水COD为2.0~4.5 g/L时,出水COD去除率大于80%;进水中金属及其质量浓度分别为V 4.47mg/L、Cr 13.04 mg/L、Ti 7.4mg/L、W 11.19 mg/L、Ni 6.02 mg/L、Mg 5.27 mg/L时,出水中金属去除率分别为100%、98%、99%、99.5%、98%、100%。Bio-ferric anaerobic granule sludge was prepared by adding iron hydroxide into inoculated sludge in the anaerobic reactor. The particle size of this bio-ferric sludge was in the range of 0.5-3 mm. It was revealed by an optical microscope that the microbial population was rich and the particles of the bio-ferric sludge were porous. The SEM pictures of the bio-ferric sludge showed that nano-grained metal was tightlycombined to microbial bacteria which ultimately became granular structures. The effect of temperature and pH on the bio-ferric sludge was experimentally tested, and the purification of organic matters and heavy metals in the simulated metal cleaning wastewater by bioferric-ABR had also been studied. The results showed that the optimum growth temperature and pH for bio-ferric were in the range of 25-35 ℃ and 6.0-12.0, respectively. The bio-ferric-ABR could effectively remove heavy metals and organic matters in the simulated metal cleaning wastewater. When the initial COD was 2.0--4.5 g/L, the removal of COD in the effluent was .greater than 80%. When the metal concentrations in the influent wastewater were V 4.47 mg/L,Cr 13.04 mg/L, Ti 7.4 mg/L, W 11.19 mg/L, Ni 6.02 mg/L, Mg 5.27 mg/L, respectively ,the metal removal rates were 100%, 98%, 99%, 99.5%, 98%, 100%, respectively.
