摘  要:针对喷涂废水有机物浓度高、可生化性差的特点,采用混凝沉淀-水解酸化-接触氧化工艺对其进行处理。分析了不同水力停留时间(HRT)条件下生化处理对COD、NH4+-N去除率的影响,考察了该工艺处理喷涂废水的可行性。实验结果表明,在HRT为8 h的情况下,生化处理对COD、NH4+-N的去除率最高,分别可达88.47%,96.00%。系统长期稳定运行结果显示,在COD、BOD5、NH4+-N和色度的平均进水水质分别为5 234.20、351.70、27.29 mg/L和1 200倍的条件下,COD、BOD5、NH4+-N和色度的平均出水水质分别为77.77、16.40、0.80 mg/L和25倍,实现了回用于生产的循环利用。The process of coagulating sedimentation-hydrolytic acidification-contact oxidation was used for spraying wastewater treatment which had high concentration of organic matters and poor biodegradability. The removal efficiency of COD and NH4+-N was investigated under different HRTs and the feasibility of the process was considered. The results showed that removal rates of COD, NH4+-N by biochemical treatment were highest, which could reach 88.47%, 96.00%, respectively, when HRT was 8 hours. The stable operation of this system for a long time showed that, when the average inflow concentration of COD, BODs, NH4+-N and chroma were 5 234.20 mg/L, 351.70 mg/L, 27.29 mg/L and 1 200 times respectively, their average outflow concentration were 77.77 mg/L, 16.40 mg/L, 0.80 mg/L and 25 times, respectively, which realized its cyclic utilization to put wastewater reuse in production.
