摘 要:介绍了一种采用微电解-臭氧催化氧化-活性炭吸附组合处理技术处理突发环境污染事故中产生的高浓度废水的方法,并介绍一套基于该组合处理技术的可移动式快速处理设备以及中试实验,该设备微电解填料采用实验室自制规整化微电解填料,实验室试验结果利用该自制规整化微电解填料处理高浓度废水时对污水中有机物去除率可达50%左右。臭氧催化氧化催化剂采用实验室自制负载铁锰的二氧化硅作为催化剂,实验室模拟反应结果在连续反应2 h后该臭氧催化氧化体系对污水中氯苯硝基苯等有机物去除率达到85%以上,利用微电解-臭氧催化氧化-活性炭吸组合处理技术在实际现场处理高浓度废水时废水中有机物去除率90%以上。A combined treatment technology for high-concentration wastewater in pollution emergency with micro-electrolysis, ozone catalytic oxidation and activated carbon adsorption was introduced, and a set of movable rapid processing equipment and pilot scale experiment based on this combination treatment technology were also introduced. Self-made micro-electrolysis packing material was used as packing material in this equipment. Laboratory test results showed that the removal rate of organic matters in high-concentration wastewater treated by this self-made packing material could reach about 50%. The catalyst of ozone catalytic oxidation was self-made silica which was supported with iron and manganese. The simulated reaction results in laboratory showed that the removal rate of chlorobenzene and nitrobenzene in organic wastewater could reach more than 85% in 2 h in the ozone catalytic oxidation system. The COD removal rate of the combined treatment technology of micro-electrolysis, ozone catalytic oxidation and activated carbon adsorption which was used in the practical treatment of high-concentration organic wastewater was more than 90%.
