摘 要:采用新型中置悬浮陶粒-活性炭双层填料曝气生物滤池对处理高氨氮原水进行了中试研究。结果表明:在实验进水流量35 m3/h,滤速8.5 m/h,气水体积比λ=1:1的工况条件下,氨氮的去除存在最佳浓度范围,即滤池进水氨氮质量浓度在3.041~3.521 mg/L时,滤池出水氨氮质量浓度为0.498~0.910 mg/L,平均去除率为80.34%,最高去除率达84.8%。滤池的悬浮陶粒层具有初滤作用,能够降低炭层进水浊度。实验也表明,悬浮陶粒-活性炭双层填料曝气生物滤池具有过滤水头小的优点。A new biological aerated filter with double-layer medium of suspended ceramsite and activated carbon was employed for treating raw water of high ammonianitrogen in pilot scale test. The results showed that with the water flow of 35 m3/h, filtration rate of 8.5 m/h and the gas water ratio being 1:1, when the ammonia nitrogen concentration was 3.041-3.521mg/L, filter effluent ammonia nitrogen concentration was 0.498-0.910 mg/L, form which the average removal rate was 80.34%, and the highest removal rate was 84.8%. In addition, the suspended ceramsite filter layer had an initial filter effect, which could reduce the turbidity. The experiment also indicated that the filter had an advantage of small filter hydraulic head loss.
