摘 要:在调研某炼油厂的基础上,分析了炼油厂可利用的热源,提出利用低温余热进行低温多效蒸馏海水淡化的工程技术方案。以产品淡水为加热介质,利用炼油厂汽油、柴油、石蜡油和沥青的余热进行低温多效蒸馏海水淡化,日产水500 t,运行成本1.6元/t,总制水成本3.3元/t。利用低温余热进行海水淡化,可大大节约海水淡化能源消耗,大幅度降低海水淡化成本,减少环境污染,是一项社会效益、经济效益均佳的节能减排、资源综合利用技术,在沿海炼化企业有很好的推广价值。After the refinery available waste heat was analyzed, the technology scheme of multiple-effect distillation seawater desalination using the low- temperature waste heat was further proposed on the basis of on-the-spot investigation of a refinery. The project with freshwater yield of 500 t/d (running cost of 1.6 ¥/t; total cost of 3.3 ¥/t) had been achieved utilizing freshwater as the heating medium and refinery gasoline, diesel, paraffin oil and bitumen low-temperature waste heat as the heat source. The energy consumption, cost, and environmental pollution during desalination could be remarkably reduced using the low-temperature waste heat, which is an energy conservation and resource comprehensive utilization technology with outstanding social and economic benefits. This desalination technology has a good promotional value in coastal refineries.
