摘　　要：[目的]2-氯-5-甲基吡啶是合成新烟碱类杀虫剂的重要中间体,开发出一种合成2-氯-5-甲基吡啶的新方法,并优化其合成工艺。[方法]以丙醛、氯气、丙烯腈等为原料,采用新的工艺路线,3步反应合成2-氯-5-甲基吡啶。[结果]在优化的反应条件下,反应总收率65.1%,纯度99.6%。[结论]为合成重要的农药中间体2-氯-5-甲基吡啶提供了一种新方法。[Aims] 2-Chloro-5-methylpyridine is an important intermediate for synthesizing neonicotinoid insecticides, a new method for synthesis of 2-chloro-5-methylpyridine was developed and the synthetic process was further optimized. [Methods] 2-Chloro-5-methylpyridine was synthesized from propionaldehyde, chlorine and acrylonitrile by three steps reactions. [Results] Under the optimal condition, the yield of 2-chloro-5-methylpyridine was 65.1% with purity of 99.6%. [Conclusions] The result provides a novel approach for synthesis of 2-chloro-5-methylpyridine, which is an important intermediate of pesticides.
