摘 要:[目的]评估氟氧虫酰胺对水稻害虫的杀虫活性和田间药效。[方法]采用浸渍法,测定氟氧虫酰胺对二化螟、水稻大螟和稻纵卷叶螟的活性,并进行了田间药效试验。[结果]氟氧虫酰胺对二化螟、水稻大螟和稻纵卷叶螟取食抑制中浓度分别为0.506、0.195、0.221mg/L,与氯虫苯甲酰胺、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和阿维菌素杀虫活性相当。2011、2012年田间试验结果表明,在30~60ga.i./hm^2时,20%氟氧虫酰胺悬浮剂对稻纵卷叶螟防效分别为92.58%-90.10%和95.89%-96.09%,与氯虫苯甲酰胺防效相当,高于阿维菌素和毒死蜱的防效;20%氟氧虫酰胺悬浮剂对二化螟防效分别为74.49%-84.41%、91.46%~92.88%和90.37%,92.22%,与氯虫苯甲酰胺防效相当,高于阿维菌素和毒死蜱的防效。[结论]氟氧虫酰胺可以用来防治水稻害虫。[Aims] The aim of this study is to evaluatetoxicities and trial efficacy of ZJ3757 against rice pests. [Methods] Toxicities of ZJ3757 against Chile suppressal, Sesamia inferens and Cnaphalocrocis medinalis were tested by immersion method, and field trials were carried out. [Results] The feed restrain contents were 0.506, 0.195 and 0.221 mg/L, respectively, almost equivalent to that of chlorantraniliprole, emamectin benzoate and abamectin. Field trials in 2011 and 2012 showed that the control effects of ZJ3757 20% SC against C. medinalis were 92.58-90.10% and 95.89-96.09% at the dosage of 30-60 g a.i./ha, respectively, equivalent to that of chlorantraniliprole, higher than that of abamecfin and chlorpyrifos. The control effects of ZJ3757 20% SC against Ch. suppressalis were 74.49-84.41%, 91.46-92.88% and 90.37-92.22% at the dosage of 30-60 g a.i./ha, respectively, equivalent to that of chlorantraniliprole, higher than that ofabamectin and chlorpyrifos. [Conclusions] ZJ3757 can be sprayed to control rice pests.
