摘　　要：对现代施工管理中施工承发包的三种模式——平行承发包模式、总承发包模式、总承包管理模式进行了研究,分析了各种模式的优缺点及施工总承包模式与施工总承包管理模式的关系,以供参考借鉴。The paper studies three modern construction contract modes parallel contract mode, general contract mode and total contract man- agement mode, and analyzes their merits and defects, and describes the relationship of total construction contract mode and total contract manage- ment mode, with a view to provide some guidance.
