摘 要:选取720只24周龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为8个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。8个处理分别为正对照组(PC)饲喂有效磷为0.36%的正常基础日粮,负对照组(NC)饲喂有效磷为0.16%的低磷日粮,其余试验组是在NC组日粮基础上分别添加两种植酸酶A或B各125、250、500 U/kg。其中植酸酶A是从大肠杆菌中提取,植酸酶B是从里氏木霉中提取。试验期为12周。结果表明:与PC组比较,NC和B500组产蛋率、平均蛋重和日采食量显著降低(P<0.05),其他各添加植酸酶组恢复到PC组水平,各添加植酸酶组料蛋比和蛋品质无显著变化(P>0.05);与PC组相比,NC组胫骨灰分、胫骨磷和血浆磷含量显著降低(P<0.05),添加2种植酸酶组(除B500组外)恢复到PC组水平,B500组血浆磷含量显著低于PC组(P<0.05),各试验组胫骨钙含量和血浆钙含量与PC组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果提示,低磷玉米-杂粕型日粮中添加2种植酸酶都能够缓解低磷引起的负效应,但2种植酸酶的最佳添加量不同,本试验条件下日粮中添加125 U/kg的植酸酶B或250 U/kg的植酸酶A都能满足蛋鸡对无机磷的需求。The objective of this study was to explore the effects of two types of phytase ( phytase B derived lrom Trichoderma reesei and Ordinary phytase A derived from fungus) on laying performance, egg qulity and metabolism of calcium and phosphorus in laying hens fed miscellaneous- meal diets. Nine hundred and sixty Hy-Line brown laying hens aged 22 weeks were randomly divided into 8 groups with 8 replicates per group and 15 hens per replicate. The dietary treatments included control (0.36% nonphytate P in the diet), negative control (0.16% nonphytate P in the diet, NC), phytase A treatment groups [NC +phytase A (125, 250, 500 U/kg, respectively), A125, A250, A500], phytase B treatment groups [NC+phytase B (125, 250, 500 U/kg respectively), B125, B250, B500]. During the first week (pre-feeding period), all hens were fed PC diet. Experimental diets were then introduced and were fed for a total of 12 weeks. The results showed that compared with control grope two kinds of phytase treatment groups were able to achieve normal hens egg laying rate and feed efficiency ratio (P〉0.05) but the B500 was significantly reduced egg weight (P〈0.05). Phytase did not significantly affect the eggshell strength, Haugh unit, albumen height (P〉0.05), but different phytase significantly affect yolk color (P〈0.05). Plasma calcium levels were not affected by the dietary treatments (P〉0.05) The dietary treatments with phytases had higher serum inorganic phosphorus levels and tibia ash and phosphorus than NC treatment (P〈0.05) The results indicate that dietary supplementation with different phytase can meet the production needs of laying hens. In conclusion, the optimal supplementation pattern was phytase B at 125 U/kg while 500 U/kg added level was not conducive to the normal metabolism of calcium and phosphorus hens, decreased laying performance in the present study.
