路径式管理在护理质量控制中的应用探索

摘　　要：目的将路径式管理以一种新的管理理念和规范模式引入到护理质量管理中,逐步完善各项护理管理标准和评价体系,制订出既注重流程和持续改进的过程,又进一步突出程序化、规范化的护理质量管理体系。方法成立由25个科室的临床护理管理人员及临床护士共60人组成的研究小组,课题组根据路径式的管理方法及思路制订路径表。对2010年1月-2011年12月使用常规护理管理方法,与2012年1月-2014年1月使用路径式管理实施表,进行前后应用对照比较,并追踪观察分析,就其可靠性、准确性、完整性进行统计学分析处理。结果规范的路径式护理质量管理方法,能更直观地监督护理质控,与常规管理模式相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论路径式管理体现了现代的、规范化的管理模式,可获得最佳的、有效的护理质量管理效果。Objective To introduce the path-management into the controlling of nursing-quality as a new manage- ment idea and standard mode. Gradually to improve all the standards of nursing management and the evaluation sys- tem. Drawing up intent not only focuses on process and continuous improvement procedure, but also highlight the management system of nursing-quality which is programmed and standard. Method Set up a research group in all 60 people, composed by clinical nursing managers and clinical nurses in 25 departments. The research group draws up the path-table according to the method and ideas of path-management. Apply conventional methods to the controlling of nursing-quality from January 2010 to January 2012, while apply the path-management implementation table to it from January 2012 to January 2014, make comparison before and after the application, make observation and analy- sis in addition, through the content that ＂the control table of two kind of management mode by 25 department peo- ple＂ and ＂the control table of the using of two kind of management by clinical nurses＂. The reliability, accuracy, in- tegrity was analyzed. Result Compared the research group with the control group, it can supervise the quality-man- agement more intuitively by the use of path-management to the controlling of nursing-quality method of the research group. Make statistical adjustment to the data, all of the results have significant difference, it has the statistical sig- nificance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion We can achieve a best and most effective effect on the quality of nursing manage- ment by using modern, standard path-management mode.
