摘  要:根据曲柄摇杆机构的运动特点,设计了一种结构简单、工作可靠的搂齿式卸膜机构。以预定轨迹为目标函数、机构各构件的结构参数为设计变量,对搂齿式卸膜机构进行优化,确定了机构主要结构参数,并运用ADMAS软件对搂齿卸膜机构进行运动学仿真分析。同时,制作样机进行田间试验,结果表明其满足性能要求。According to the motion characteristics of crank rocker mechanism, a hug-teeth unloading residual plastic film mechanism with simple structure and reliable operation was designed. With predetermined trajectory as the objective function and with the structural parameters of the mechanism' s components as design variables, a hug-teeth unloading residual plastic film mechanism was optimized, and the principal structural parameters of the mechanism were determined, using ADMAS software, the kinematics simulation of the unloading residual plastic film mechanism was done, the pole tooth physical prototype of the residual film recycling machine was made, the field experiment has proved that the work qualities of the physical prototype meet the technical requirements.
