摘　　要：在现有板栗脱壳方法的基础上,设计了一种板栗自动脱壳机,由电机、动力传动部分、自动调节装置、脱壳辊筒刀和筛选机构等组成。自动调节装置能够根据板栗直径的大小实现自动调节,筛选机构可较好地将板栗外壳和栗仁进行分离,而且脱壳辊筒刀维修和橡胶片更换方便。试验结果证明,该机脱壳率可达95%以上,且能耗较低。Based on the nowadays methods of shelling for chestnuts, an auto sheller for chestnuts is designed, which is composed with motor, power transmission part, automatic regulation device, shelling roller knife, sifter mechanism, etc. The automatic regulation device is able to achieve automatic regulation on the basis of the diameter of chestnuts, the sifter mechanism can separate well the shells and nuts out, the maintenance of shelling roller knife and the replacement of rubber sheet is convenient. Results of the performance test show that the hulling ratio reaches up to over 95% and low in energy consumption.
