摘 要:针对目前我国香蕉茎秆纤维机械提取方法研究匮乏,已有机器工作时刀轮转速高、纤维易缠绕刀轮而断裂的问题,设计了一种新型香蕉茎秆纤维提取机,并对其关键部件的设计进行了理论分析。该机主要由电机传动装置、对辊挤压装置和刮杂装置构成。为确定该机的最优工作参数,利用正交试验研究了刀轮转速(A)、刀片间距(B)、定刀弧长(C)3个因素对纤维含杂率、纤维损失率及生产率的影响。试验结果表明,当刀轮转速为1 200r/min、刀片间距为80mm、定刀弧长为120mm时,该机的综合性能指标达到最优,纤维损失率为9.8%,纤维含杂率为12.4%,生产率为120.9kg/h。该研究对香蕉茎秆纤维提取机的设计具有重要参考意义,可为香蕉产区带来显著的经济效益和环保效益。In order to solve the problem that, in our country, the short of the machines to obtain fibers from banana trees, which other machine fails to work because of the fiber twining the blades and causes the blades fall into broken, this paper designed a new type of banana stem fiber extracting machine. This machine is consist of the motor parts, a double-roller, a rotate-blade part. In the mean while, we did theoretical analysis to the main parts of the machine. In order to obtain the premium mechanism, and the working parameters, we did research on the blades speed (A), the spacing of the blades ( B), the length of the blade arcs ( C ) by using the orthogonal experiments, these factors, as we know, affect the impurity ratio, the loss ratio, the productivity. The results show that when blades speed is 1200mm/s, the blade-spacing is 80mm, and the arc-length is 120mm, our machine can arrive the best condition, which its fiberloss-ratio is 9.8% , the impurity ratio is 12.4% , and the productivity is 120.9Kg/h. This research has an important influence on the design of the banana trees' fiber machine, which the banana farms can benefit from it in the business area and the environment area.
