摘 要:为了测试厌氧发酵所产沼气中甲烷及二氧化碳的含量,配制了不同质量浓度的甲烷、氮气、二氧化碳、氢气的标准气体,利用填充柱建立了相应的气相色谱测定方法。分析结果表明,利用该方法得到4种气体的出峰时间分别为0.229、0.405、0.824、1.358 min,4种气体能够很好地分离。根据标准气体绘制的4种气体回归曲线线性相关系数均大于0.999。验证性试验得到氢气、氮气、甲烷、二氧化碳的回收率分别为97.72%、98.20%、9 7.8 3%、9 6.8 7%,说明在试验条件下气相色谱法能准确地测量4种气体的含量。In order to analysis the contents of Biogas produced of the anaerobic fermentation, different con-centrations of Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Methane, Carbon dioxide were prepared. The programmed using Packed column to determine the con-tents of Biogas on gas chromatograph (GC) was set up. The results were shown that the peak time of four gas is 0. 229, 0. 405,0. 824,1. 358 min respec-tively,which can be divided by GC well. The correlation coefficient of the regression curve of the standard solutions are all larger than 0. 999, and the recovery of confirmatory experiments of four gas are 97.72% ,98.20% ,97. 83% ,96.87%, respectively,which shows that the four gas can be determined accuratly by the GC method of this study.
