摘 要:近年来尿酸性肾结石的发病率明显升高,并且与许多疾病都具有关联性。因此对于尿酸性肾结石的研究是十分必要的。目前已有大量关于尿酸性肾结石病发病机制的研究,国内外公认的导致尿酸性肾结石发病的危险因素主要包括高尿酸尿症、低尿量以及持续低尿液p H值等。近期研究发现ZNF365基因与尿酸性肾结石的形成密切相关,还有研究表明代谢综合征与尿酸性肾结石形成也密切相关。因此为尿酸性肾结石的发病机制以及治疗都带来了重要线索。本文将对尿酸性肾结石的发病机制进行一个系统的概述。In the last few decades, the incidence of uric acid nephrolithiasis has obviously increased, which has closely association with lots of other illnesses. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the researches of uric acid-nephrolithiasis. So far, a large amount of studies about the pathophysiologic mechanisms have been elucidated. It is known that the risk factors leading to uric acid nephrolithiasis mainly include hyperuricosuria, low urine volume, and low urinary pH. Recently, it has been found out that ZNF365 gene is closely associated with uric acid nephrolithiasis, so is metabolic syndrome, which offers crucial clues to the pathophysiologic mechanism and treatment of uric acid nephrolithiasis. This article detailedly reviews recent insights into the pathophysiology of uric acid nephrolithiasis.
