摘　　要：加拿大女作家艾丽丝·门罗的短篇小说集《逃离》[1]从女性视角描述了加拿大小镇上的平凡女子的普通家庭和婚姻生活,以及所面对的种种家庭矛盾的烦恼和无奈。基于《逃离》的短篇故事中婚姻形象和特征分析,揭示二十世纪中叶加拿大中下阶层所面临的婚姻困境。From the perspective of female writer , the short stories collection Escape which is written by Alice Munro describes the family and marriage life of common people in Canada and the troubles and frustration that they had met .The paper tries to dis-cover the marriage dilemma confronted by the Middle and Lower Classes in Canada based on the analysis of the images and traits presented in the short stories of Escape.
