摘  要:浊度作为水质检测的重要指标之一,其测量要求越来越严格。目前,浊度检测主要采用散射、透射等光电式检测法。综合散射、透射和比值三种浊度检测方法,设计出一种新型在线式浊度传感器。该传感器遵循国际标准ISO 7027,并且加入温度和光照检测元件以抑制二者对浊度的干扰。采用最小二乘支持向量回归(LS-SVR)对浊度测量进行建模,并通过实验对该方法进行分析。实验结果表明:该方法可有效提高浊度检测精度和抗干扰能力。Turbidity is an important index of water quality and the requirement of turbidity measurement is increasingly stringent. At present, the main method of turbidity measurement is photoelectric detection such as scattering method and transmission method. Design a new online turbidity sensor by integrating three turbidity measurement methods together which are scattering method, transmission method and ratio method. This turbidity sensor follows international standard ISO7027 and adds temperature and light to overcome the interferences. Least square support vector regression(LS-SVR) used for model turbidity and experiments are carried out to analyze the method. Experimental results show that this method can effectively improve the detection precision and anti- interference capability.
