地骷髅药材薄层色谱鉴别研究

摘　　要：目的:建立地骷髅药材的薄层色谱鉴别方法,为完善其质量标准提供试验依据。方法:考查不同种类成分,不同提取方法,不同展开剂和展开条件,确定最佳试验方法;比较不同来源地骷髅的薄层色谱区别。结果:对5批药材进行试验,均斑点清晰,分离度好。结论:鉴别方法灵敏度高、专属性强,可用于地骷髅药材的定性鉴别。Objective： To establish a method of identification for Dikulou and provide a basis for improving its quality standard.Methods： Investigating different chemical composition,extraction methods and developing solvents and find the best test method;comparing Dikulou samples of different sources by TLC. Resuits： Test 5 batches of samples,the definition and resolution are both well. Conclusion： The method is simple,sensitive and reliable. It is suitable for the quality control of Dikulou.
