摘　　要：文章简述了铬矿粉球团预还原的机理及工艺流程,提出三电一体化控制系统的整体设计方案,给出了原料配比控制和干燥系统温度调节、预加湿系统控制和调节、造球机混合料定量给料控制、造球机混合料加水量控制、链篦机的监测与控制等几个关键环节的控制方法。This article outlines the chrome ore pellets pre-reduction mechanism and process, proposes the overall design scheme with three- integrated control system. Horeover, it gives the ratio of raw materials drying system control and temperature regulation, control and regulation of pre- humidification system, makes ball machine mixes dosing control, puts forward several key links as control methods pelletizer mixture of water control, grate the monitoring and control.
