摘 要:扭矩的准确测量对实现机械设备的自动控制有着重要的作用,为此,设计了一种新型分段激磁的高线性度扭矩传感器。传感器的激磁绕组为分段式,传感器转轴受到扭矩作用时,输出绕组经过电磁耦合输出与负载扭矩呈正比关系的感应电势,并找到了传感器输出特性呈较高度线性时,激磁线圈与输出线圈的匝数比的范围约为0.56-0.59。推导了传感器的输出特性,构建了传感器的数学模型。最后采用扭转试验机对传感器进行了标定,实验结果表明传感器的灵敏度约为1.05 mV/(N·m),重复性误差约为±0.38%,非线性误差约为±0.26%,迟滞误差约为±0.37%。It is important to measure the mechanical equipment torque accurately for its auto-controlling, a new structure sectional excitation torque sensor with high linearity is designed in this paper. The sensor excitation wind-ing are sectional,the output winding produce induction potential which is proportional to the load torque through e-lectromagnetic coupling,and the output characteristic of the sensor is highly linearity when the turns ratio range of excitation coil number and the output winding number is about 0.56~0.59. The output characteristic of sensor is de-duced,and its mathematical model is constructed. The sensor is calibrated by torsion testing machine,the experi-mental data indicated the sensitivity of the sensor is about 1.05 mV/(N·m),the repeatability error is about ±0. 38%,the non-linear error is about ±0.26%,and the hysteresis error is about ±0.37%.
