摘　　要：简单介绍了带钢热镀锌的发展历程及热镀锌薄板带生产的难点,详细阐述了薄板带生产线工艺布置及设备组成,对关键设备的设计参数和工艺要求进行描述,同时介绍了生产线应用技术。实际应用表明,以此工艺布置生产薄板带可行。This text has introduces the developing process and the difficult point of the hot-dip galvanizing sheet simply and showes the production layout and the equipment of the hot-dip galvanizing sheet detailedly. It describes the designed parameter and tachnics need of the key device and the application technology of the product line.The fact indicates that this production layout is very feasible.
