摘  要:为给干旱地区枣园土壤微生物的研究提供理论基础,以8年生灰枣根际土壤为材料,采用常规分离鉴定方法和硅酸盐培养基对新疆枣园土壤解钾菌株进行初筛,经过人工诱导后大田定殖,采用火焰光度计法和16S r DNA序列分析等方法,对其解钾能力进行分析,筛选优良的解钾菌株并进行鉴定。经16S r DNA鉴定,解钾细菌分别为节杆菌属Arthrobacter,芽孢杆菌属Bacillus、假单胞菌属Pseudomonas、沙雷氏菌属Serratia 4个属。To provide a theoretical basis for the researches on microorganism in Zizyphusjujuba orchard soil of the arid areas, taking rhizosphere soil of 8-year grey Z. jujuba as materials, the potassium-releasing bacterial strains in Z. jujuba orchard soil were preliminarily selected in silicate medium, by using the conventional isolation and identification method. Through adopting artificial induction and field colonization, potassium-releasing capacities were analyzed, and the fine potassium-releasing bacterial strains were identified, by using the methods of flame photometer and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. The results of 16S rDNA identification showed that, the potassium-releasing bacteria were the four bacterial genera of Arthrobacter, Bacillus, Pseudomonas and Serratia.
