摘  要:为了探究外施赤霉素对台农16号菠萝果实大小及品质的影响,以生长期超过10个月的台农16号菠萝为研究对象,分别设置3个不同剂量的赤霉素处理,研究了不同处理对台农16号菠萝果实大小以及品质的影响。结果表明:外施赤霉素后,台农16号菠萝叶片的可溶性糖和总游离氨基酸含量呈现先下降再上升的变化趋势,叶片的淀粉含量变化不大。用高剂量赤霉素处理台农16号菠萝收获的果实比用低剂量赤霉素处理所收获的果实体积要大,但果实品质则稍逊一筹。赤霉素的使用剂量是把双刃剑。In order to study the effects of exogenous GA application on fruit size and quality of Tainong No. 16 pineapple, taking the Tainong No.16 pineapples with growing period over 10 months as the research materials, three doses of GA treatments were set up, and the effects on different treatments on fruit size and quality of Tainong No. 16 pineapple. The results showed that after applying GA, the contents of soluble sugar and total free amino acids in leaves of Tainong No. 16 pineapple showed the trend of rising and then declining, and starch content in leaves had no changes. The mean size of gained fruits of Tainong No. 16 pineapple in the high doses GA treatment was bigger than that in the low dose GA treatment, but the fruit quality was worse than the latter. The dose of GA was a double-edged sword.
