摘  要:为了解不同缺素处理对其苗期根系生长的影响,以高州油茶幼苗为材料,设置缺氮、缺磷、缺钾、缺钙、缺镁、缺硫6个缺素施肥处理,对幼苗根系长度、平均直径、体积、表面积以及干质量等指标进行测定分析。结果表明:由于养分有效性不足,各缺素处理根系长度及体积均大于对照,通过改变根系形态增加养分有效性;油茶根系对磷缺乏适应性反应,缺磷处理除根系干质量显著大于对照(p<0.05),其它指标均与对照无显著差异(p>0.05);各缺素处理对苗木根系各指标影响程度大小不同。其中缺镁对苗木的根系长度、表面积影响最大,缺氮处理对幼苗的根系平均直径生长影响最大。In order to learn the effects of different nutrient deficiencies on growth of root system at seedling stage, taking Camellia gauchowensis seedling as materials, six fertilizing treatments of nutrient deficiencies were set, including N, P, K, Ca, Mg and S deficiencies. And some indexes were determined including length, average diameter, surface area of root system. The results showed that root length and volume of all deficient treatments were greater than CK, owing to inadequate nutrient availability, and nutrient availability was increased through changing status of root system. Root system in was lack of adaptive responses on P element, and the indexes in P deficiency treatment have no significant differences (p 〈 0.05) expect dry mass compared with CK. The treatments of nutrient deficiencies had some influences on each index of root system in seedlings at different degrees. The Mg deficiency treatment had the greatest effect on length and surface of root system in seedling, and the N deficiency treatment had the greatest effect on average diameter of root system in seedling. Mg deficiency had the greatest impact on root length and surface area, while N deficiency had the greatest impact on the average diameter.
