液氮冷冻结合中药外搽治疗跖疣临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察液氮冷冻结合中药外搽治疗跖疣的临床疗效。方法:将100例跖疣患者随机分为治疗组(52例)和对照组(48例),治疗组予冷冻后结合中药外搽,对照组仅以冷冻治疗,观察两组的疗效和不良反应,随访6个月后评价疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈率与对照组比较无明显差异(P>0.05),复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),并且液氮冷冻结合中药外搽治疗跖疣显著减少了患者的痛苦,缩短了治疗时间。结论:液氮冷冻结合中药外搽治疗跖疣疗效优于单纯液氮冷冻。To observe the clinical effect of freezing with liquid nitrogen combined with externally applying traditional Chinese drugs on plantar warts. Methods ： 100 patients with plantar warts were randomly divid- ed into treatment group （52 cases） and control group （48 cases）. The externally traditional Chinese drugs were applied to the treatment group after freezing treatment, while the control group was treated only with freezing treat- ment. The effects and the adverse reactions in both groups were observed, and the effects after follow-up for 6 months were evaluated. Result： Compared the cure rate in treatment group within the control group, there was no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）, the recurrence rate in treatment group was significantly lower than in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the treatment on plantar warts by freezing with liquid nitrogen combined with externally applying traditional Chinese drugs reduced the suffering of patients significantly as well as shortened the treatment time. Conclusion ：To treat plantar warts by freezing with liquid nitrogen combined with externally applying tradi- tional Chinese drugs is better than simply by freezing with liquid nitrogen.
