摘 要:目的:观察中药干预对慢性肾脏病心血管危险因素的影响。方法:采用SD大鼠单侧肾切除术后,经尾静脉分次注射阿霉素法建立FSGS肾病模型,将实验动物分为对照组、模型组、西药组、中药组。前两组均给予生理盐水灌胃,后两组分别给予贝那普利、肾络宁干预治疗。于治疗第0、4、8、12周末分别检测血清胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)等生化指标。结果:与同期模型组比较,中药组、西药组均抑制血清CHO、TG、LDL的升高(P<0.01,P<0.05);中药组优于西药组(P<0.01)。结论:肾络宁对FSGS大鼠具有降低CHO、LDL水平,及抑制TG升高的作用。To observe the effect of interventing with traditional Chinese medicine on cardiovascular risk factors due to chronic kidney disease. Methods : To make the FSGS model of SD rats which were graded injec- ted ADR through caudalis vena after unilateral nephrectomy. All rats were divided randomly into control group, model group, western medicine group and TCM group. The first two groups were given normal saline for gavage, the latter two groups were intervented respectively with benazepril, Shenluoning. These biochemical indices like serum cholesterol (CHO), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL) etc. were detected respectively at the 0,4 th,8 th,12 th weekend after treatment. Result: Compared with the model groups in same period , CHO, TG,LDL in serum in TCM- and western medicine-group were decreased obviously(P 〈 0. 01 ,P 〈 0.05) ; TCM group was better than western medicine group (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion : Shenluoning decreases CHO, LDL levels in FSGS rats, and elevates the role of inhibiting TG.
