摘　　要：研究了不同温度罩式退火工艺处理试验用钢的力学性能、磁性能和组织成分,结果表明:在化学成分、保温时间不变的情况下,随着退火温度的升高,晶粒增大,屈服强度降低,延伸率提高。WDEL450磁极钢实验罩式退火最佳温度为690°C,时间为30min。This article introduces the mechanical properties,magnetic property and tissue composition of test steel with the bell-type annealing process at various temperatures.The results show that with the chemical composition and annealing holding time unchanged,the grain size increases,yield strength falls and elongation rises as the annealing temperatures increase,and that optimum annealing temperature for WDEL450 magnetic steel stands at 690℃ with 30 minutes.
