钢板表面形貌对汽车外板涂装质量的影响研究

摘　　要：桔皮参数和鲜映性是评价汽车外板涂装质量的最重要指标,而钢板的表面形貌对涂装后的桔皮参数和鲜映性有重要影响。测量了不同表面特性钢板的形貌参数,并对钢板进行了在线涂装试验,测量了涂漆后的桔皮参数和鲜映性,分析了钢板表面形貌与桔皮和鲜映性的关系,并提出了汽车外板表面形貌参数的参考指标。Surface topography of steel sheet has great effect on orange peel parameters and distinctness of painting image,which are the most important index to evaluate the painting quality of automobile outer panels.Topography parameters of various steel plates with surface properties are measured.The relationship between surface morphology and orange peel and distinctness of image is analyzed and the topographic parameters used to evaluate the surface quality of automobile panels are also presented in this paper.
