摘  要:分析某电厂双进双出钢球磨煤机,在实施以降低制粉电耗为目的的少球技术改造后,运行中出现的顶轴油压低、异音等各种故障的原因,并提出较为有效的预防措施,对同类型磨煤机的电厂技术改造有一定的借鉴作用。This essay analyzes the causes of such faults as the low oil pressure of the jacking axle and the abnormal noises of the double-inlet and double-outlet ball coal mill in a power plant during its operation after the implementa-tion of the small-ball technical transformation aiming at decreasing the power consumption in coal-milling.In addi-tion,it presents effective precautionary measures which can provide reference for technical transformations in power plants equipped with the same type of coal mills.
