探究消失模烟气和废水的污染与防治

摘　　要：消失模铸造在浇注时因泡沫模样的气化燃烧会产生大量烟气,其主要成分有炭黑、苯类有机物等,而带有刺激性气味的烟气在经过水浴处理后会形成成分复杂的污水。本文通过实验对三种不同消失模铸造厂的尾气及污水进行成分检测,提出相应处理方法,使消失模铸造更贴近绿色环保。LFC can produce a lot of smoke and gases when the foam decomposes and burns due to the radiant heat of the metal Its main components,carbon black and Benzene,will form the sewage with complicated composition after a water bath.In this paper, througil experiments,we detect the component of exhaust and sewage of three LFC foundries,put forward the appropriate treatment, make LFC more closer to the green casting.
