摘　　要：针对厚大高锰钢铸件易产生的铸造缺陷,通过材质化学成分的选择、钢水精炼控制、铸造工艺优化、水韧处理关键参数的控制等方面探讨了提高性能的措施,保证了产品质量。Aiming at the defects generated in heavy high manganese steel casting,this paper discusses the measurements to improve the performance and guarantee the product quality through the selection of material chemical composition,the control of molten steel refining, the casting process optimization and the control of key parameters of water toughening.
