台车式氮气保护正火炉的研究

摘　　要：针对传统台车式热处理炉体积大,不易密封,不利于常态加氮气防氧化的特点,本文研究了一种改进的台车式氮气保护正火炉结构,介绍了这种新式工业炉的机械结构和电控系统,分析了较低密封条件下,炉内冲入定量氮气测试所获得的数据曲线,并通过制定多项技术措施,提高了热处理质量,对提高生产效率和铸件表面质量有一定的推广价值。Due to the large volume, the traditional car-type heat treatment furnace is not easy to seal and is unfavorable to the antioxidation by filling nitrngen.An improved furnace was developed,lts mechanical structure and electronic control system were introduced.The date curve obtained after filling qualitative nitrogen under the lower sealing condation was analyzed.Some technologies were made to improve the heat treating quallty,which had a certain popularization value for improving the production efficiency and the surface quality of the casting.
