摘 要:室内研究表明,全井欠平衡钻井流体具有低密度、良好流变性、强抑制性以及较强承压能力。CLY-22井全井段采用欠平衡钻进。二开空气钻进初期添加成核剂钻进,起到润滑钻具作用,保证快速钻进。地层出少量水,循环介质自然形成雾。地层出水量增大,环空自动出现泡沫,携岩性变差。随后,边钻边添加成膜剂、成层剂和定位剂,使循环介质自动转化为绒囊钻井液,顺利完钻,下入φ139.7mm套管,钻井周期比设计周期缩短约7天。According to the lab experiments,the drilling fluid was low in density with good rheology,inhibitive ability and bearing capacity.CLY-22 well was drilled by full-hole underbalanced.The fuzzy-ball fluid was used in the second section.Gas-core generated agent was added in the early stage of second section to smooth the drilling tools and improve ROP.When little water invaded the well-bole,air changed to mist naturally.As the influx of water increasing,the foam appeared.However,the carrying cuttings capacity of fluid decreased.Then the foam was transformed naturally to fuzzy-ball by adding membrane generated agent,layer generated agent and fuzzy generated agent without stopping drilling processes.The casing pipe size was φ139.7mm.The drilling cycle was shorted by about 7 days.
