摘  要:在沁水南部盆地的煤层气开发中,出现了井口不正、采气树歪斜、抽油机杆管偏磨等问题,严重影响了该区块的气井生产。通过分析研究和实践总结,提出了针对性的防治方案:通过采用"直-增-稳"三段制井身结构、优化扶正器、筛管尾管组合等一系列措施有效减缓了抽油机的偏磨,减小了生产成本,促进了煤层气的科学开发。With the CBM development in southern Qinshui basin,issues such as wellhead inclining,Christmas tree inclining,and the eccentric wearing between the pumping rod and tubing occurs,and has seriously affected the CBM production in this area.Through the analysis and summarization of the practice,the paper puts forward the prevention scheme to solve the problems,which is adopting a series of measures,including three-section well structure of vertical-increase-steady,optimization of centralizer,combination of screen liner and drilling liner,etc.,effectively mitigates the eccentric wearing of the pumping,reduces the production cost and promotes the CBM development
