摘　　要：BH-LH-IMG-Ⅰ型红外录导综合仪是在分析煤层气资料录取需求和录井现状的基础上,针对煤层气水平井录取参数少、导向任务重、钻井新工艺多、施工区域地面条件复杂等特点,创新研发的一种集地质导向、工程监测、煤层气录井为一体的新型综合录井仪。通过优选红外气体检测技术,实现了对钻井液中气体成分、浓度的快速检测;合理选配和新增传感器单元,满足了煤层气录井要求,增加了空气钻井工程安全监测功能;嵌接的《可视化模拟油气藏水平井地质导向系统》,实现了地质导向技术有形化。2013年,该仪器在沁水盆地郑庄区块现场应用2口井,参数录取准确、导向分析快速,应用效果显著,赢得了建设方和施工方的高度评价。Based on the analysis of the demand of CBM materials logging and the relevant current situation,BH- LH- IMG-1 CBM infrared comprehensive logging and geosteering instrument is a new type of comprehensive logging instrument with the function of geosteering,engineering monitoring and CBM logging,which aims to solve the problems of limited logging parameters of horizontal CBM wells,excessive geosteering tasks,increasing new drilling techniques,complex construction conditions,etc.The instrument can rapidly test the content and concentration of the drilling fluid through infrared gas detection.Sensor unites are reasonably matched and added to fulfil the needs of CBM well logging,and the function of engineering safety monitoring for air drilling is included.The instrument also can embed the system of visualized simulated oil-gas reservoir and horizontal well geosteering,and realize the tangibility of geosteering technology.In 2013,the instrument was applied in two CBM wells of Zhengzhuang Block in Qinshui Basin,witih accurate logging parameters and rapid geosteering analysis,and was highly evaluated by the construction partners.
