摘　　要：以铁路电子商务物流配送为论述中心,主要阐述了在电子商务环境下铁路物流服务开展电商配送的环境条件,铁路物流服务电商配送的主要模式,结合电子商务物流配送的要求和常见模式以及铁路运输服务的特点,提出铁路物流服务电商配送的思考建议。In this paper, we mainly introduced the environmental conditions for the railway logistics e-services within the e-commerce environment as well as the major distribution modes and then in connection with the requirements and common modes of e-commerce logistics distribution and the characteristics of railway transportation services, proposed the thoughts and advice to improve the railway logistics e-services.
