摘　　要：指出构建国内物流法律服务体系是促进物流体系现代化的关键,并结合当前物流体系的现状,对国内物流法律服务体系构建的策略进行了分析和探讨,旨在促进我国物流行业的可持续发展。In this paper, we pointed out that a domestic logistics legal service was the key in the modernization of the logistics industry and then in connection with the current status of the Chinese logistics system, analyzed the strategy for the establishment of the logistics legal service system in China.
