摘　　要：对我国农产品冷链物流的现状、问题、对策进行了回顾和梳理,着重介绍了企业物流方式选择及对第三方物流企业选择评价的研究;最后指出冷链物流今后应加强研究的方向,如当第三方冷链物流行业处于不同市场竞争格局下的企业物流方式决策研究。In this paper, we reviewed and summarized the current status, problems and corresponding countermeasures of the agricultural produce cold chain logistics activities in China, then introduced the enterprises’selection of logistics modes as well as the selection and evaluation of TPL enterprises, and at the end, pointed out the direction the cold chain logistics enterprises should develop toward.
