超超临界机组灰库料位计历次改进及现状

摘　　要：发电厂灰库是除尘设备中比较关键的部件,它将除尘过程中的废尘收集起来,但是灰库的容积是有限的,所以必须在灰库中灰尘装满之前就要有一个反馈信号给上位机,用来监视库内灰尘的变化,以便安排时间及时清理,使灰库得以持续工作。在这过程中上位机得到的反馈信号,就要靠料位计的探测来实现了。本文详细阐述了吕四港发电厂除灰系统灰库料位计历次改进的原因和重锤式料位计的使用现状。Powe plant ash storage is a key part in the dust removal equipment.h gathered dust removal process,but the volume of ash storage is limited,so must be in the ash storehouse dust filled before it is necessary to have a feedback signal to the host computer,to changes in dust monitoring ash in the library,in order to arrange a time to clear in time,so the ash can be continued.The feedback signal in the process of PC,depends on the material level meter to achieve the detection.This article describes in detail the ash removal system of warehouse material level meter and the hammer material level meter use situation all improved Lvsi Power Plant.
