比较两种仪器对成人血清中类风湿因子的检测结果及分析

摘　　要：目的:比较类分湿因子(RF)在雅培C8000生化分析仪和贝克曼IMMAGE800分析仪的检测结果并进行分析。方法 :收集病房及门诊病人283份血清样本,分别在两台仪器上测定类风湿因子,记录原始数据后,采用u检验及x2检验对两组RF的结果进行分析。结果:各组间RF检测结果的差异有统计学意义(u检验:P<0.01,x2检验:P<0.005)。结论:由于不同仪器系统参数不同,导致检测出的结果存在差异,应定期对仪器进行比对,保证结果可比性。Objective： To compare the rheumatoid factor（RF）results detected with Abbott C8000 biochemical analyzer and l^ackman IMMAL.I^UU analyzer. Methods： To collect 283 serum samples of the wards and clinics, rheumatoid factor was measured in two instruments respectively. Results： The two groups of RF results were analyzed by x^2 test, and the difference was significant （P〈0.005）. Conclusions： Because of different instrument system parameters resulting in differences in the results detected, the instrument should be regularly compared to ensure the comparability of results.
