摘　　要：将多功能煮练剂用于棉粘交织弹力直贡缎织物的轧蒸一步法前处理,通过单因素试验和正交试验,得到优化的工艺为:多功能煮练剂26 g/L,双氧水16 g/L,精练剂0.5 g/L,100℃汽蒸60 min。新工艺处理织物的白度、毛效和强力与工厂现行工艺相当,而工艺的废水色度和COD值降低。Pretreatment of cotton/rayon elastic satin mixture with padding-steaming process using multi- function scouring agent is carried out. The optimum process is determined as follows： multifunctional scouring agent 26 g/L, hydrogen peroxide 16 g/L, scouring agent 0.5 g/L,steaming at 100 ℃ for 60 min. The results show that the whiteness, capillary effect, strength retention and other quality indicators of the semi-product are better than those of the traditional process. The pH value, CODcr and color of wastewater are lower than those of the traditional processes.
