摘　　要：目的：探讨分析影响重病监护室护理质量的因素及有效对策。方法：本文选取我院自2011年1月-2013年1月收治的90例重症患者为研究对象。系统分析影响护理质量的因素及应采取对策。结果：影响监护室护理质量的因素主要包括患者年龄、护理人员素质、医患沟通不良以及患者医药费支付方式。结论：影响重症监护室护理质量的因素多种多样、十分复杂，因此在临床护理重症病人时，我们要通过改善医院管理制度、加强医护人员培训管理、加强医患之间的有效沟通、适当减轻患者医药费用等方式预防重症监护室护理不良事件的发生。objective ： to study the analysis of the influencing factors on the quality of the serious illness nursing care and effective countermeasures. Methods ： this article selects the hos- pital from January 2011 - January 2011 treated 90 cases of severe patients as the research object. Systematic analysis of factors affecting the quality of nursing and countermeasures should be taken. Results： the factors affecting the quality of nursing care unit mainly include patients＇age, nursing staff quality, poor doctor- patient communication, and the patient medical bills of pay- ment. Conclusion ： the factors affecting the quality of intensive care nursing is varied, is very complicated, therefore in clinical nursing critically ill patients, we want by improving hospital man- agement system, in order to strengthen the management of medical personnel training, strengthen the effective communication between doctor and patient, patients appropriately reduce medical expenses and other way to prevent the happening of the icu nursing adverse events.
