血管内皮生长因子及内分泌腺性血管内皮生长因子子宫内膜在异位症中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨血管内皮生长因子（Vascularendothelialgrowthfactor，VEGF）及内分泌腺性血管内皮生长因子（endocrinegland—derivedvascularendothelialgrowthfactor，EG—VEGF）在子宫内膜异位症（内异症）患者在位及异位内膜组织中的表达。方法用免疫组织化学及蛋白免疫印迹方法检测28例在位内膜、22例异位内膜（内异症组）及34例正常内膜（对照组）组织中VEGF及EG—VEGF蛋白定位及表达。结果免疫印迹和免疫组化检测到VEGF及EG—VEGF在三组子宫内膜中均有表达；内异症组内膜VEGF，EG—VEGF蛋白表达高于周期对照组。结论VEGF，EG—VEGF可能在内异症疾病的发生发展中起着重要意义。Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor（ VEGF）, endocrine gland - derived va^ular endothelial growth tactor （ EG - VEGF） in endome- triosis. Methods From Sep. 2010 to Sep. 2011,34 cases endometriosis group were postoperative confirmed by pathology for ovarian endometriosis, According to different sources of organization is divided into the case group and endometriosis group. In the mean time , endometria from 34 patients with uterine fibroids curettage admission were selected as controls. Using western blot and im- munohistochemistry method detected the expression of VEGF, EG - VEGF between the three Groups. Results Western blot and immunohistoehemistry of VEGF, EG - VEGF were observed in all groups. The expression of VEGF, EG - VEGF 1in endometriosis were higher than those in the control group. Conclusion VEGF, EG - VEGF played an important role in the occurrence and de- valoping of endometriosis.
