摘　　要：通过收集、整理笔者所在医院，和文献报道其他医院科研管理工作的情况，认为医院科研管理体系中存在着经费管理、科研设备、档案管理和管理人员、知识产权等不完善的方面，进而提出符合信息化条件下的医院科研过程化管理的思路和方法。According to collecting, sorting out, analyzing, summarizing the present situation of hospital scientific research management, finding out the existing problems that the current hospital scientific research management system has so many imperfections in funds management, scientific research equipment, records management, staff management and intellectual property. Proposing ideas and methods of implementation of process management in hospital scientific research in accordance with the new situation confronting medical institutions.
